We have taken the opportunity of summarising some of the highly competitive interest rates available in some of the key markets at present. The rates presented are merely indicative and clearly the list is by no means exhaustive.

Due to the extreme volatility being experienced in the mortgage market at present and accordingly the fluid nature of product rates and their withdrawal, in some instances at no notice, for the time being we have ceased to provide an indication of interest rates presently available. Of course, once the market settles down, we shall resume normal service. A HERM is a lifetime mortgage. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personal illustration.

 

All rates quoted are based upon the criteria of no compulsion to purchase general insurances from the lender and no extended redemption penalties beyond the initial interest rate period unless specifically stated otherwise.
