Formed in 1994, Warr & Co is a firm of both Chartered Accountants and Independent Financial Advisers. Our Senior Partner, Tim Warr, has been providing accountancy and tax advice for over 25 years. Together with our other accountancy partners, David Bowers, Stephen Barnes, Peter Edwards & Suresh Dhokia we are able to offer a vast wealth of experience and knowledge, advising clients in regards to the challenges and opportunities that present themselves.

Our company’s success emanates from our endeavour to offer a highly personal service, providing guidance and information from day one right through to the completion of year-end accounts.

As a practice, we have invested heavily in technology to ensure we utilise modern means of communication with clients and that our administration is efficient and, wherever possible, paperless.

Our fees are based on time necessarily spent on clients’ affairs.  In many cases we will carry out work for a fixed fee.

We are based in Stockport, Cheshire with a second office in London and have a broad geographical base of clients throughout the UK.
